正交斜放鋼網格空腹夾層板樓蓋靜載試驗研究*

摘 要

[摘要]正交斜放鋼網格空腹夾層板樓蓋適合于平面尺寸長跨比大于1-5的多層大跨度公共與工業建筑。對該新型樓蓋結構實際工程進行了靜載試驗,研究了正交斜放鋼網格空腹夾層板上、下肋和剪力鍵受力特征及樓蓋的變形規律,結果表明該新型樓蓋結構整體性較好,具有良好的三維空間受力性能。采用SAP2000有限元軟件建立工程結構整體模型進行數值模擬,發現撓度和應力試驗實測值與SAP2000有限元軟件理論計算值基本接近,且變化分布規律一致。

Static load test of open-web sandwich plate floor with orthogonal-diagonal arranged steel grid

Abstract:The open-web sandwich plate floor with orthogonal-diagonal arranged steel grid was suitable for multi-story and large-span public and industrial buildings with plane dimension ratio greater than 1-5. The static load test of the new floor structure was carried out. The mechanical characteristics of the higher and lower rib  and the shear keys and the deformation law of the floor were studied. The results show that the new floor structure has good integrity and good three-dimensional mechanical performance. By using SAP2000 finite element software, the whole model of engineering structure was established and simulated. It is found that the measured values of deflection and stress test are basically close to the calculated values of finite software theoretical calculation, and the variation distribution laws are consistent.
