風帆式聯合出線構架結構設計與分析*

[摘要]依托安徽省合肥市變電站項目,設計了一種風帆形狀的新型聯合出線構架,出線布置由傳統的水平排列改為豎向排列,節省占地,極大節約了項目用地成本。采用連續體結構拓撲優化中的人工密度法優化風帆式構架平面布置形式,并提出全新的構架梁連接板的構造方案。依據構架型式和節點布置方案采用MIDAS/Gen和ABAQUS軟件建立有限元模型來優選圓形鋼管截面型號,校核其強度、剛度和穩定性,并對構架關鍵連接節點做計算分析。結果表明,風帆式聯合出線構架安全可靠。

Structural design and analysis of sail-shaped joint wire substation frame

Abstract:Based on Hefei Substation Project in Anhui Province, a new type of sail-shaped joint wire substation frame was designed. The layout of the wires was changed from the traditional horizontal arrangement to the vertical arrangement, which  greatly reduced the occupied area and cost. The artificial density method in the topology optimization of continuous structure was used to optimize the planar layout pattern of the sail-shaped frame. A new construction scheme of connecting plate for frame beam was put forward. According to the structural form and joint arrangement scheme, the finite element model was established by MIDAS/Gen and ABAQUS software to optimize the section type of circular steel tube, check its strength, stiffness and stability, and calculate and analyze the key joints of the frame. The results show that the sail-shaped joint wire substation frame is safe and reliable.
