輕質混凝土與變形鋼筋粘結錨固性能試驗研究

[摘要]通過對84個輕質混凝土試塊與HRB500月牙帶肋鋼筋粘結錨固試件的中心拉拔試驗,研究輕質混凝土與變形鋼筋之間的粘結錨固性能。研究表明:類似于普通混凝土,輕質混凝土與HRB500鋼筋的粘結錨固性能的影響因素為混凝土強度、保護層厚度、鋼筋錨固長度、鋼筋直徑和配箍率;相同強度等級的輕質混凝土的粘結錨固性能略低于普通混凝土。輕質混凝土與HRB500鋼筋的極限粘結應力與以下因素均存在線性關系,分別為:輕質混凝土的軸心抗拉強度、鋼筋的相對保護層厚度、錨固長度、直徑和配箍率等。

Experimental study on bond anchorage behavior between deformed steel bar and lightweight concrete

Abstract:Based on the central pull-out test of 84 lightweight concrete blocks and HRB500 crescent ribbed steel bar bond anchorage specimens, the bond anchorage behavior between lightweight concrete and deformed steel bar was studied. The results show that, similar to ordinary concrete, the factors influencing the bond anchorage behavior of lightweight concrete and HRB500 steel bar are concrete strength, thickness of protective layer, anchorage length of steel bar, diameter of steel bar and stirrup ratio; the bond anchorage behavior of lightweight concrete is slightly lower than that of ordinary concrete with the same strength grade. The ultimate bond stress between lightweight concrete and HRB500 steel bar has linear relationship with the following factors: axial tensile strength of lightweight concrete, relative protective layer thickness of steel bar, anchorage length, diameter and stirrup ratio.
