上海某預制裝配式商業綜合體項目結構設計

[摘要]該工程是一棟大底盤多塔超限高層建筑,為上海市首個預制裝配式商業綜合體,單體預制率為25-5%,結構體系為鋼筋混凝土框架結構。場地內存在既有保護性廠房建筑,通過型鋼混凝土托梁轉換形成大空間結構,與廠房建筑徹底脫開,既保留了歷史保護建筑,又在其上方搭建了三層商業樓層。廠房區域新建建筑物的基礎地震水平作用傳遞也是難點之一,通過現場放樣實測,使新建建筑物的基礎連系梁有效避開了廠房基礎,將水平力傳至地下室頂板。項目為超限結構工程,為保證重要構件在中震及大震下的安全,對部分構件進行了性能化設計。最后通過可視化三維建模,有效解決了現場鋼筋碰撞等諸多問題。

Structural design of a prefabricated commercial complex project in Shanghai

Abstract:The project is a over-limit high rise building with large secondary storey and multi-tower,and it is also the first prefabricated commercial complex in Shanghai. The structural system of this project is reinforced concrete frame structure with a prefabrication rate of 25.5%. Large space structure is created through steel reinforced concrete joists to isolate the origin building, so that the origin historically buildings can be retained, and in the meantime a three-storey commercial building is built above, The horizontal force transfer of the foundation of the new structure is one of the main difficulties of this project. Through field lofting and measurement, the coupling beam of foundation of the new building effectively dodges the foundation of origin factory and transmits the horizontal force to the roof of the reservoir. On the other hand, performance-based design is carried out in order to ensure the safety of important structural components under moderate and large earthquakes. Unlike the traditional cast-in-place frame structure design, the weight of prefabricated members, joint connection structure, component hoisting, transportation, stacking and other factors have to be considered at the preliminary design stage. Besides, the reinforcement of component is also quite different from that of cast-in-place structure. Adopting visualized three-dimensional building information modeling, many problems, such as steel bar collision et al., are effectively solved.
