某裝配整體式部分框支剪力墻結構設計

[摘要]結合上海市首個裝配整體式部分框支剪力墻結構項目,探討了高預制裝配率下框支剪力墻結構設計與深化設計所存在的問題和解決措施。通過計算分析和構造處理措施,驗證了裝配整體式框支剪力墻結構在高預制裝配率下的可行性。對結構重要構件,特別是裝配式構件連接部位提出了相對應的性能化目標,對結構進行彈性和彈塑性時程分析,結果表明,結構能夠滿足相應的性能目標。此外,還提出了構件拆分及施工工藝建議。可為同類建筑的結構設計提供參考和借鑒。

Structural design of assembly monolithic partial frame-supported shear wall

Abstract:Based on the first assembly monolithic partial frame-supported shear wall structure project in Shanghai, the problems and solutions in the structural design and deepening design of frame-supported shear wall with high assembly rate were discussed. The feasibility of assembled monolithic  frame-supported shear wall structure under high assembly rate was verified by calculation analysis and structural treatment measures. Corresponding performance objectives were proposed for important structural members, especially the connecting parts of assembly members. Elastic and elastic-plastic time-history analysis was carried out for the structure. The results show that the structure can meet the corresponding performance objectives. In addition, the suggestions of structural member splitting and construction technology were put forward, providing reference for the structural design methods of similar buildings.
